We find and book your loads, negotiate the rate, check the broker, handle the paperwork, and chase the POD and invoice — while you run under your own authority and approve every single load.

Dispatch services

A dedicated back office for semi, box truck, and hotshot carriers. Typical independent dispatch runs 5–10% of gross; your final fee is set in your signed dispatch agreement — week-to-week, no forced dispatch, ever.

How it stays clean

We act only as your disclosed agent under a short written dispatch agreement
You approve every load before it is booked
The freight contract is between you and the broker/shipper
You invoice the broker and are paid directly — we never touch your freight money
We bill only our service fee, separately

Contract services

Courier & last-mile

Scheduled and on-demand courier and last-mile work performed as a contractor — medical courier (lab specimens, pharmacy and supply runs), dedicated routes, and partner overflow across the Columbus metro, with documented handoffs and proof of delivery on every stop. Contract-specific insurance and authority documentation is provided during vendor review for each engagement.

School transportation — in build-out

We are completing vendor registrations and building toward district-contracted pupil transportation. This service is in development: it requires district contracts, Ohio OAC 3301-83 credentialed drivers, inspected vehicles, and school-grade insurance, and we do not offer it as a live service until those are in place.

Freight brokerage — coming soon

Brokerage is not a live service today. It requires FMCSA broker authority and a $75,000 BMC-84 bond, which are in preparation. We do not arrange freight as a broker until that authority is granted.

Authority status, plainly: USDOT 4100523 is ACTIVE, but FMCSA operating authority is NOT AUTHORIZED and the company holds no MC number. USA Alliance Logistic LLC does not hold itself out as a freight broker or for-hire interstate carrier. Dispatch clients run under their own authority.
